source( google.com.pk)
Shoaib Akhtar is a former professional cricketer who played testes and One Day International matches for the Pakistan national team in ICC organized events. He has been dubbed as The Rawalpindi Express after the place where he was born and he is arguably the fastest bowler the world of cricket has ever seen, easily clocking 150 km/hour on many occasions. He became the first man to bowl a delivery over 100 miles/hour or 161.3 km/hour, which is the fastest delivery ever bowled in the history of cricket against England. Moreover, not only did he achieve a speed of 100 miles/hour on his delivery, he achieved it twice during one single match and that is something that makes him very unique in the world of fast bowlers. His prowess lay in being able to bowl fast and precise Yorkers as well as quick bouncers and these abilities made him one of the greatest as well as most feared bowlers of all time, the likes of which had not been seen in international cricket since the times of Michael Holding, Joel Garner, Jeff Thompson, Dennis Lillie, Malcolm Marshall and the likes – players who depended on raw pace to pick up wickets.
However, Shoaib Akhtar was also a very controversial figure and it followed him wherever he went. It has been said that he was very selfish and not a team man. The Pakistan team management once sent him home from Australia in the middle of a series because of an alleged poor behavior on his part. In 2006, he was perhaps involved in the biggest controversy when WADA found Shoaib Akhtar guilty of taking performance enhancing drugs and the ICC banned him from playing cricket. This ban was however lifted and he returned to the Pakistan national side the following year and almost immediately, got himself banned by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the PCB for fighting with team mate and fellow opening bowler Mohammad Asif during a training session.
He was selected to play for the Kolkata Knight Riders for the inaugural IPL but injuries blighted his season and he played only a handful of matches. Akhtar was so injury prone that he only managed to play a total of 46 tests and 163 One Day Internationals in his 12 year international career, taking a total of 425 wickets in all. Shoaib Akhtar, in spite of all his short comings, is truly a legend of the game and no matter what happens, cricket will always remember this flamboyant star                                                                                        .               Shoaib Akhtar

Misbah Ul Haq Biography                                               source(google.com.pk)                                                                                                                           .
Misbah ul Haq, Cricketers is famous for Cricket, Pakistani celebrity. Born on 28 May, 1974

Misbah-ul-Haq Khan Niazi is a Pakistani cricketer and the captain of the Pakistan national cricket team for Tests and ODIs.

Early career
Misbah was initially noticed for his technique and his temperament in the Tri-nation tournament in Nairobi, Kenya in 2002, as he scored two fifties in the three innings in which he played, however, over the next three Tests he played against Australia, he failed to score more than twenty runs and was soon dumped from the team. Having witnessed Pakistan being eliminated in the opening phase of the 2003 Cricket World Cup, Misbah was part of the changes made to the team in the aftermath of these results, but failed to make much of an impact and was soon dropped again.

Comeback
At the age of 33, Misbah was chosen to play in the inaugural ICC World Twenty20 in 2007, filling the middle order spot vacated by Inzamam-ul-Haq. He had been regularly making runs in Pakistani domestic cricket and in the years before his recall he was consistently one of the top run scorers at each season's end, with his first-class average briefly climbing above 50.

Misbah was one of the stars of the tournament, playing a large part in many thrilling run chases. The first was in the group stage against India where he scored a half century in a tied match. He was run out attempting the winning run off the last ball of the match. In their Super 8s encounter with Australia he was named Man of the Match with an unbeaten 66 off 42 deliveries to see his side home with 5 balls to spare. Another unbeaten innings in the semi final against New Zealand saw Pakistan book a spot in the final against India.

He played an instrumental role in Pakistan's recovery in the inaugural 2007 ICC World Twenty20 final against arch-rivals India, with three sixes. He hit the first legitimate ball of the last over for six. With 6 runs needed to win off 4 remaining balls, Misbah tried to scoop the ball over short fine leg, but was caught out by Sreesanth. He repeated for the 3rd time against India in the semi final of the 2011 World Cup where India won by 29 runs.

Misbah scored his maiden Test hundred against India at Kolkata in the 2nd Test of the 2007 series. After India managed 616 in their first innings, Pakistan were at 5 for 150 in reply and in danger of following on when Misbah and Kamran Akmal put together a match saving 207 run stand. Misbah finished on 161 not out. In the 3rd & final Test of the series, Misbah made another fluent century this time finishing on 133 not out.

2008 began with some high points for Misbah as he was elevated to the post of Vice - Captain of the Pakistan team and was awarded a Grade A Contract. Since returning to International Cricket for Pakistan, Misbah has gone through a sustained patch of prolific run scoring. In his last 5 Test Match innings for Pakistan, he has notched up 458 runs at a very high batting average of 152.67 against India. In his last 5 ODIs as well, Misbah has made 190 Runs at an average of 63.33 & in Domestic Cricket for Punjab, he has amassed an astounding 586 runs at an average of 195.33 with 2 centuries and his highest first-class score of 208*.

Dropping out and the captaincy (2010-2011)
Misbah was dropped from the team after the 2010 ICC World Twenty20 and missed the team's controversial tour of England in August 2010 Due to the batting-collapses that Pakistan suffered during that tour Misbah was recalled for the subsequent tour against South Africa in the UAE to lead as a captain of the team for test series. Many people expressed there surprise at the appointment of Misbah as captain. Wasim Akram stated that although the decision was surprising if Misbah bats and fields well everything else will go according to plan. Former Pakistan coach Geoff Lawson stated that he believed Misbah has the best cricketing brain within Pakistan and he will do incredibly well in the plans for the captaincy Misbah hit back at those who criticised the decision to appoint him captain and stated that he should be given a chance to prove himself In his first match as test captain he set an example for his team when he scored 71* in a 168 run partnership with Younus Khan this helped Pakistan salvage a draw from the match

Two-test series in New Zealand (2011)
After Three Twenty20's in which Misbah did not play as Pakistan lost the series 2-1. He returned to captaining the test side and during his third test as captain he claimed his first victory when Pakistan beat New Zealand by 10 wickets. New Zealand were bowled out for 275 and during Pakistan's first innings Misbah reached a half-century before being trapped in front on 62, however Asad Shafiq top-scored in the innings with 83. Pakistan took a slender lead of 92 and bowled New Zealand out for 110 needing just 19 runs for victory and Pakistan sealed a crushing win when Taufeeq Umar sealed the winning run as Pakistan won by ten wickets and took a 1-0 lead in the series. The following match Misbah stated that the team's main focus was on improving themselves and that winning the series was a side focus. In the second and final Test of th series, Misbah yet again impressed with the bat. He was trapped in front just one short of a century in the first innings, with Pakistan taking a slender first innings lead. New Zealand posted 293 in their 2nd innings leaving Pakistan needing 274 to win on the findal day. An opening barrage from New Zealand's seamers left Pakistan struggling at 42-3, with Misbah joining Younis Khan at the crease. The two put on 118 runs and Misbah remained undefeated as Pakistan held out for a draw, finishing 226-5. This secured Pakistan's first Test series win since 2007 and helped raise Misbah's average as Captain to 112.75

Javed Miandad

Javed Miandad Biography                                                                            source(google.com.pk)
Mohammad Javed Miandad Khan popularly known as Javed Miandad is a former Pakistani cricketer who played between 1975-1996. He is the Pakistan's leading run scorer in Test cricket. He has served as a captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. He is widely known for his big Six against India in 1986 where 4 runs were required out of 1 ball. After his playing career, he has remained the coach of Pakistan cricket team at various occasions, as well as held positions in the Pakistan Cricket Board. He had three coaching stints with the Pakistan national team.

Early life
Javed Miandad was born in Karachi, Sindh in 1957. Javed Miandad attended schools and college in Karachi. His parents moved from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Javed Miandad is a Tyagi (Muslim).

Career
Miandad made his Test debut against New Zealand at Lahore on October 9, 1976. He scored 163 in this match, to become the youngest player at the time to do so at an age of 19 years and 119 days. In the same series he scored a double century, and on his way broke George Headley's 47 year record, to become the youngest player to achieve the feat. Miandad made his One Day International debut against the West Indies at Edgbaston, Birmingham in the Cricket World Cup 1975. Interestingly, his last ODI was also a world cup match, in both innings he was run out and Pakistan lost the match. More, he scored 2 fours and 0 sixes and his strike rate was below 100 in both of his, first and last ODI innings.

Miandad's inclusion in the Pakistan team was itself an achievement. A formidable batting line-up of Majid Khan, Sadiq Muhammad, Zaheer Abbas, Asif Iqbal, Mushtaq Muhammad and Wasim Raja was hard to create any replacements, but Miandad's raw talent made it possible and he become an integral part of Pakistan's strong batting line.

Javed Miandad played 124 Test matches, batting in 189 innings. His aggregate of 8,832 Test runs is a Pakistani record. Even though his test career spanned 17 years, he failed to make it into the top-most category of batsmen with test aggregates of over 10,000 runs. Miandad's 23 centuries and 43 fifties were Pakistani national records, until they were broken by Inzamam-ul-Haq. Miandad's Test career batting average of 52.57 is among the highest for Pakistani batsmen. He scored six double centuries which is the most by a Pakistani and 6th overall. He made his highest score of 280 not out against India.

Javed Miandad is the first (and one of the only two, other being Sachin Tendulkar ) player to have played in six World Cups, the first six, from 1975 to 1996.

Coaching and commentary
As a coach, Javed Miandad guided Pakistan to test victories in the Asia Cup and in India during 1998-99 season, when Wasim Akram was captain. Miandad also later assisted with coaching Pakistani batsmen.

Following this he was offered broadcasting and coaching positions in India. Also in November 2010 it was being planned to give Miandad a role as a batting coach.

Javed Miandad married Tahira Saigol in 1980. He has two sons and a daughter. He had three brothers play first-class cricket in Pakistan: Anwar, Sohail and Bashir.

Inzamam Ul Haq

 Inzamam Ul Haq Biography                                                                source(google.com.pm)
Inzamam-Ul-Haq was born on March 3, 1970 in Multan after four brothers and a sister. Being youngest in family he was loved by everyone. Apparently he was silent and a sort of lazy boy in childhood. He was not seen playing, making noise like other children of that age. He was an obedient child of his parents. He started offering prayer at a very young age regularly. He was called as ‘Pirzada’ in the school by his class fellows.
Until Inzi got in 5th class, he had no interests other than home and Mosque. But as he grew, he saw that there is one more thing that his father and brothers love to do and that was nothing but cricket. He was a shy boy but playing cricket gave him a lot of confidence. Now Inzamam was more interested in cricket than his studies.
Then Inzamam’s elder brothers decided that Inzamam should play cricket at club-level. Now they got membership of a cricket club for Inzamam. Now Inzamam had got a platform and a cricket kit as well.
In childhood Inzamam had worked to be a spin bowler but circumstances turned him into a world class batsman. When he was in 9th class his approach changed. He started to concentrate on his studies as well. As a result he got good marks in matric and got admission to Government College Lahore now known as Government College University Lahore. He came to Lahore in 1985.
In an under 19 tournament, Inzamam had introduced himself as an all-rounder. During a math, when Inzamam came for batting, seven wickets were down and there was no recognized batsman left. Inzamam punished the bowlers with aggressive shots. Now he was considered to be a reliable all-rounder.
In 1985, Inzamam was selected in Under 19 team. He made two centuries in first two tournaments but could not play all matches in that season. In the end of 1985, he was selected for a first class match to be played in Karachi. Inzi made a century in his first match and got wickets as well. Then he made a century in Lahore as well. He scored his third century in his third match, hence became the only player to score three centuries in first three matches in the history of Pakistan. His third century was against Faisalabad and match was played at Sahiwal.
In the next season Inzamam scored 1200+ runs. He was rightly hopeful to have a place in National team but no one considered him. In his third season he scored 1645 runs. 1649 was the highest score made in a single season in the history of Pakistan. So Inzamam had no doubt achieved a milestone. He had hit six centuries in the season. But he was again ignored by the authorities in spite of his game was better than some senior players. Inzamam was disappointed and wanted to go back to Multan. But Mushtaq Ahmed (a great spinner from Pakistan) convinced him to wait for one more season. Again Inzamam was the top scorer with 1400 runs. He was top scorer for last two years and it was his right to be selected in National Team. But again he was ignored. Inzamam was disappointed and left for Multan.
After some days, he received a phone call from Mushtaq who was angry at him. He informed Inzamam that he has told Imran Khan about Inzamam’s game and Imran wants to see his game. Inzamam was very excited on listening that his ideal personality had called him.
Gaddafi Stadium was not new for Inzi. Imran Khan had arranged a squad of four bowlers consisting of Waqar Younis, Mushtaq Ahmad, Aqib Javed and Iqbal Sikender. In the beginning Inzamam was unable to play any of them and got bowled by Iqbal twice. On request of Mushtaq, Imran talked to Inzamam and said Inzamam! Play in your natural way and prove yourself before me. This gave Inzi a lot of courage and confidence. After that he hit a boundary on the very first ball delivered by Waqar. After that he got the rhythm and played some marvelous strokes. Hence Inzamam was selected for the series against West Indies in Pakistan.

Inzamam scored 48 runs on his debut. Though Pakistan lost the match but Inzamam secured a place in National Team. He completed 1000 runs in one and a half year. Since then he has played a lot of wonderful and match winning innings. He is known as the man of crisis for Pakistan Cricket team. Now in December 2005, He completed his 11000 runs playing against England in Pakistan. People from all around the world have seen him many times playing a match saving and match winning innings when top order is crashed. He comes to Bat at 4th or 5th position. His innings in semi final of world cup 92 against New Zealand and a match winning innings of 100+ runs against Bangladesh in his hometown, Multan, are probably the best ones. He had undoubtedly awesome in World cup 92 semi final match against New Zealand.
